超聲波清洗設(shè)備生銹怎么處理？

1、不銹鋼表面存積著含有其他金屬元素的粉塵或異類金屬顆粒的附著物，在潮濕的空氣中，附著物與不銹鋼間的冷凝水，將二者連成一個微電池，引發(fā)了電化學(xué)反應(yīng)，保護(hù)膜受到破壞，稱之謂電化學(xué)腐蝕。

超聲波清洗機(jī)的清洗槽生銹怎么解決：

1、必須經(jīng)常對裝飾不銹鋼表面進(jìn)行清潔擦洗，去除附著物，消除引發(fā)修飾的外界因素。
