超聲波清洗機主要由超聲波發生器、清洗槽和箱體三部分組成

1. 箱:

超聲波清洗機面板配有電流表、電源開關、輸出插座、頻率相位電源串聯調節旋鈕,背面配有電源進口插座和安全管。

The panel of ultrasonic cleaning machine is equipped with ammeter, power switch, output socket, frequency and phase power series adjustment knob, and the back is equipped with power inlet socket and safety tube.

它由不銹鋼水箱、復合換能器和配套電感組成。換能器在不銹鋼箱體底部干燥,不銹鋼箱體與箱體框架之間有阻尼裝置。

超聲波清洗一般采用兩種清洗劑:化學溶劑清洗劑、水性清洗劑等。清洗介質的化學作用可以加速超聲波清洗的效果。超聲波清洗是一種物理功能。這兩個功能結合在一起,以充分和較好地清潔對象。

功率密度=發射功率(W) /發射面積(cm2)通常≥0.3w/cm2。超聲功率密度越大,空化效應越強,速度越快,清洗效果越好。但對于精度高、表面光潔度好的物體,長時間的高功率密度清洗會造成物體表面的空化腐蝕。

Power density = transmitting power (W) / transmitting area (cm2), usually ≥ 0.3w/cm2. The higher the ultrasonic power density is, the stronger the cavitation effect is, the faster the speed is, and the better the cleaning effect is. But for the object with high precision and good surface finish, long time high power density cleaning will cause cavitation corrosion on the surface of the object.

超聲頻率越低,在液體中越容易產生空化,強度越大,作用越強。適用于工件的初洗(粗、臟)。高頻,超聲波方向強,適用于精細物體清洗。

一般來說,超聲空化效果在30℃~ 40℃時較好。溫度越高,影響越顯著。超聲波的實際應用一般采用50℃- 70℃的工作溫度。
