市面上的超聲波清洗機，大多數(shù)頻率在40~50kHz左右，這個頻率階段是非常中庸的頻段，符合絕大多數(shù)場景的使用。但是正式因為這個頻段使用非常多，導(dǎo)致振子(即換能器)的質(zhì)量不一。而擁有高頻(100kHz左右)或者低頻(25kHz)頻段的超聲波清洗機，其振子質(zhì)量相對較好，尤其某些雙頻的機器，其振子一定優(yōu)于單頻的機器。所以在選購時，條件允許的話，可以優(yōu)先選擇雙頻的機器，然后根據(jù)被清洗物選擇高頻還是低頻。

功率越高，清洗效果越好，這是毋庸置疑的。但是過高的功率會對被清洗物有所腐蝕，所以功率太大了也不好。那么應(yīng)該怎么選擇呢?其實部分廠家也考慮到了這一點，所有，有的清洗機設(shè)備是可以自行調(diào)整超聲功率的，1%~99%可調(diào)。帶有功率可調(diào)功能的設(shè)備，條件允許的話盡量往大功率的買。

聽聲音，是指聽設(shè)備工作時的聲音。理論上來說，超聲波是人耳聽不到的聲音，但是在實際中，超聲波清洗機是會發(fā)出一定的噪音的，這是由于各種原因造成的。當(dāng)兩款設(shè)備，材質(zhì)基本相同，功率和頻率也相同時，哪一個的噪音小，說明質(zhì)量比較好。原因是：
