1.超聲波換能器受潮。一般用兆歐表檢查和換能器相連接的插頭，檢查換能器正負(fù)極間的絕緣電阻值就可以判斷。一般要求絕緣電阻大于30兆歐以上。如果達不到這個絕緣電阻值，很可能是換能器受潮。

1. The ultrasonic transducer is damp. Generally, the plug connected to the transducer is checked with a megohmmeter, and the insulation resistance value between the positive and negative poles of the transducer can be judged. 維修方法是把換能器整體(不包括噴塑外殼)放進烘箱設(shè)定100℃左右，烘干三小時或者使用電吹風(fēng)去潮至阻值正常為止。換能器振子打火，陶瓷材料碎裂。維修時可以用肉眼和兆歐表結(jié)合檢查。一般作為應(yīng)急處理的措施，可以把個別損壞的換能器斷開，不會影響到別的換能器正常使用。

2.換能器脫膠。我們知道大多數(shù)廠家采用膠粘的方式固定換能器，但超聲波清洗機的長期使用后由于振動會出現(xiàn)脫膠現(xiàn)象。也有廠家采用膠結(jié)加螺釘緊固的方式，一般情況下不會出現(xiàn)脫膠，由于螺釘?shù)淖饔茫褡用撃z后不會從振動面上落下，一般的判斷方法是用手輕搖振子的尾部，仔細(xì)觀察振動面的膠水情況做出判斷。

2. Transducer degumming. 電源輸出的功率正常，但是由于振子與振動面連接不好，振動面的振動效果不好，長時間后由于能量無法釋放出去，很可能會燒壞振子。振子脫膠對于用戶來說維修起來是比較麻煩的，一般情況只能送回生產(chǎn)廠家進行維修處理。避免振子脫膠有用的方法是平時使用中注意不撞擊振動面。
