【電源問題】超聲波清洗機的開關(guān)電源問題總結(jié)

從目前超聲波業(yè)界的情況看，超音波重要分為自激式和它激式開關(guān)電源;超音波開關(guān)電源的運用關(guān)鍵是要根據(jù)超聲波超聲波換能器功率的規(guī)格、頻率的高低、容積去匹配就可以。功率較小的可以運用自激式，功率非常大的建議運用它激式。

Small power can use self-excited type, power is very large, it is recommended to use other excited type.

超聲波清洗機的開關(guān)電源又稱超音波開關(guān)電源，它的作用是把大家的工作電壓(230V或380V，60或65HZ)轉(zhuǎn)換成超聲波超聲波換能器相一致的高頻交流與溝通電子信號。

The switching power supply of ultrasonic cleaning machine is also called ultrasonic switching power supply. Its function is to convert everyone's working voltage (230V or 380V, 60 or 65Hz) into high-frequency AC and communication electronic signal consistent with ultrasonic transducer.

從運算放大器方法，可以采用線型運算放大器和開關(guān)電源電源電路，輸出功率超音波開關(guān)電源從轉(zhuǎn)換效率高方面充分考慮一般采用環(huán)形變壓器的電路方法。線形可調(diào)穩(wěn)壓電源也是它特有的應(yīng)用范圍，它的優(yōu)點是可以不嚴格要求電路匹配，允許功率不斷快速變化。

超聲波清洗機的使用說明書：

Operation manual of ultrasonic cleaning machine:

1、超聲波清洗機的運用開關(guān)電源(230V)用三芯電源插頭(火線零線、接地線、電線接頭)。

1. The use of ultrasonic cleaning machine switching power supply (230V) with three core power plug (live wire, zero line, ground wire, wire connector).

2、清除干燥槽必不可少加上清潔液或水。清潔液或水的液位儀不能低于清除槽高度的三分之一。清除時，請根據(jù)不一樣的清除要求，再加洗潔劑劑，提高清除效率高，所有洗潔劑劑必不可少符合不腐蝕清洗設(shè)備軸桿、機體的要求。

2. Remove the drying tank and add cleaning solution or water. The level gauge of cleaning liquid or water shall not be lower than one third of the height of cleaning tank. When cleaning, please add cleaning agent according to different cleaning requirements to improve the cleaning efficiency. All cleaning agents are essential and meet the requirements of non corrosive cleaning equipment shaft and body.

3、將被清除化合物放入金屬材料框中，根據(jù)清除物的積垢水準，設(shè)定清除時間，一般3-12分鐘，十分難清除的化合物，可適當提升清除時間。(嚴禁把被清除化合物馬上放進清除槽底運用)。

3. Put the removed compounds into the metal material frame, and set the removal time according to the scale level of the removed compounds, generally 3-12 minutes. For the compounds that are very difficult to remove, the removal time can be appropriately increased. (it is strictly forbidden to put the removed compounds into the bottom of the cleaning tank immediately).

4、將超聲波清洗機的插頭電源線加上230V的三芯電源線插頭，開啟電源開關(guān)設(shè)定好超聲波工作時間，按“啟動/停止”鍵一開始工作上，這時候液位儀呈現(xiàn)蛛網(wǎng)狀波動，且隨著振響，表述清洗設(shè)備已進入工作責(zé)任心。

4. Add the 230V three core power cord plug to the plug power cord of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, turn on the power switch, set the ultrasonic working time, and press the "start / stop" button to start working. At this time, the liquid level meter shows a spider wave, and with the vibration, the cleaning equipment has entered the sense of responsibility.

5、側(cè)重的物件應(yīng)依據(jù)掛具懸掛系統(tǒng)在清潔液中。
