多槽超聲波清洗機一般有哪些功能

清洗功能是多槽超聲波清洗機的基本功能，清洗槽一般在最左側，此槽配有超聲波振子，振子一般放在底部或者側面，起到超聲波清洗的目的，是整個清洗過程的第一道工序，也是主要程序。

烘干

烘干槽一般是最后一道工序，清洗完畢后，實現清洗槽烘干的功能，這樣保證了工件清潔、干燥，避免二次污染，此槽一般配有鼓風機，并可以加熱，實現封閉式環繞加熱烘干。

The drying tank is usually the last process. After cleaning, the function of drying the cleaning tank is achieved, which ensures the cleanliness and dryness of the workpiece and avoids secondary pollution. This tank is usually equipped with a blower and can be heated to achieve closed loop heating and drying.

是否自動化

如果高級點的多槽清洗機，會加一個機械臂，這樣實現全自動功能，可以實現物件自動換槽，不必再人工去換槽，免去了人力，但是這種價格會比較昂貴。

If a more advanced multi slot cleaning machine is equipped with a robotic arm, it can achieve fully automatic function and automatically change slots for objects without the need for manual replacement, saving manpower. However, this type of machine will be relatively expensive.
