設(shè)備主要由自動(dòng)輸送鏈噴洗室噴淋系統(tǒng)除油裝置過濾循環(huán)系統(tǒng)切水系統(tǒng)烘干系統(tǒng)及電器控制系統(tǒng)等組成。

自動(dòng)輸送鏈：傳送不銹鋼材質(zhì)鏈條傳動(dòng)，連續(xù)通過式前進(jìn)，確保清洗籃框平穩(wěn)精確運(yùn)行。

噴淋系統(tǒng)：噴淋清洗共兩套，一道采用藥劑噴淋清洗，二道采用噴淋漂洗，三道采用噴淋漂洗四道采用噴淋漂洗，五道采用噴淋防銹內(nèi)腔設(shè)噴管，噴管上設(shè)不銹鋼噴嘴，上下噴淋管噴嘴間錯(cuò)布置，使清洗工件全方面在清洗區(qū)域確保工件清洗時(shí)無噴淋盲區(qū)，保證工件清洗的潔凈度。

過濾循環(huán)系統(tǒng)：循環(huán)過濾槽內(nèi)清洗劑，提高清洗效果。采用袋式過濾器。

Filter circulation system: Circulates the cleaning agent in the filter tank to improve the cleaning effect. Using bag filters.

切水系統(tǒng)：切水腔內(nèi)單獨(dú)排放到總排水管中，在進(jìn)料和出料外設(shè)有隔離段，防止水霧互竄；前后部設(shè)可拆式檢修窗，以便于設(shè)備檢修和清理。

抽氣系統(tǒng)：各個(gè)噴淋與風(fēng)切段都在側(cè)面開有抽氣孔連接主管，主管前端配置有除霧塔內(nèi)裝拉西環(huán)，配備離心風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行抽氣

Air extraction system: each spraying and air cutting section is provided with an air extraction hole at the side to connect the main pipe, and the front end of the main pipe is equipped with a demister equipped with a Rasi ring and a centrifugal fan for air extraction

電器控制系統(tǒng)：獨(dú)立控制柜，內(nèi)裝PLC可編程控制器變頻器接觸器等主令電器控制元件，選用進(jìn)口名牌元器件組裝，性能穩(wěn)定可靠，使用壽命長，控制線路見電氣控制圖。

Electrical control system: Independent control cabinet, equipped with PLC programmable controller, frequency converter, contactor and other main electrical control components, assembled with imported famous brand components, with stable and reliable performance and long service life.
