（2）觀察電流表的電流大小，如果電流比額定電流過小，首先應(yīng)檢查超聲波換能器是否有損壞，例如換能器脫落，換能器晶片破裂，粘結(jié)膠水開裂等，連接導(dǎo)線是否有短路等。一般情況下，如果電流下降不多或根本沒有下降，而聲音又正常，但是超聲強(qiáng)度下降比較厲害，則很可能是換能器粘結(jié)膠水開裂，其判斷方法為；觀察換能器與鋼板連接處的膠水涂層，正常情況下應(yīng)該是光滑的表面，如有細(xì)小裂痕則很可能是膠水已開裂，此時(shí)應(yīng)該把換能器取下重新粘結(jié)，如電流下降比較厲害，則主要檢查是否有連接導(dǎo)線斷路或換能器晶片開裂。

If the current drop is severe, the main check is whether there is an open circuit in the connecting wire or a crack in the transducer chip.
