超聲波清洗機(jī)溫度控制的方法有哪些？

1、數(shù)控機(jī)床控制面板加熱

普通試驗(yàn)室使用的CNC機(jī)床清洗機(jī)，超聲波清洗機(jī)廠家含有加熱功能的型號(hào)，即CNC機(jī)床按功能鍵加熱。數(shù)控機(jī)床區(qū)表明當(dāng)今溫度，能夠設(shè)置溫度值，當(dāng)做到加熱值是全自動(dòng)終止加熱。此類加熱一般是用環(huán)氧樹脂板加熱。

分體式超聲波清洗機(jī)依據(jù)應(yīng)用狀況有效溫控儀加熱，操作方法以下：按住加熱電源開(kāi)關(guān)，溫控儀將表明測(cè)量溫度與操縱溫度。上邊表明的是測(cè)量溫度，下邊表明的是操縱溫度，當(dāng)測(cè)量溫度小于操縱溫度時(shí)，溫控儀上out燈亮了，加熱顯示燈亮，機(jī)器設(shè)備處在加熱情況;當(dāng)測(cè)量溫度高過(guò)操縱溫度時(shí)，溫控儀上out燈滅，加熱顯示燈滅掉，機(jī)器設(shè)備終止加熱。操縱溫度設(shè)定方式：按撥碼鍵設(shè)置操縱溫度，，操縱溫度為58度。此類一般是用加熱管加熱。

Operating temperature setting mode: press the dial key to set the operating temperature, and the operating temperature is 58 degrees. This kind of heating pipe is generally used for heating.

3、機(jī)械設(shè)備溫度控制

普通臺(tái)式清洗機(jī)一般采用機(jī)械設(shè)備的溫控，即旋紐調(diào)節(jié)溫度，如kq-250e型臺(tái)式清洗機(jī)，其溫控范圍為常溫下-80度。
